An inspection of the stormwater structures at Village Hill infiltration basin 3, at the community gardens site, has revealed some
problems at the outfall.
Erosion problems can be seen in the attached pictures, taken on February 17. Rip rap at the outfall slope has fallen into the stream, and
has also collapsed the silt fencing.
In accordance with the Order of Conditions, please inspect and repair the damage to the structure, and notify the Commission that this
has been done by February 25.
