RE: CPA Grant for Victoria Bismark Farm Affordable Homeownership Project Dear CPC,
We would like to request disbursement of the $180,000 grant awarded for the Victoria Bismark Farm project and have attached a list of expenses and relevant invoices. We are excited to report that construction is going well for the three homes at 278, 286 and 298 Burts Pit
Rd in Northampton. Rough framing, roofing and window installation are nearly complete and we
should be all closed in for working through the winter. We will be able to continue construction through the winter and hope to complete construction in spring or summer 2024. We have been able to collaborate extensively with Smith Vocational for this project. Forestry,
carpentry, electrical and plumbing departments are all contributing to the construction. This is a
welcome addition to our volunteer workforce and aligns well with our educational and community building goals. The future homeowners have been selected and are working hard on their sweat equity. They are very
