Subdivision Close Out At its meeting on October 26, 2023, the Northampton Planning board voted unanimously to close out the Emerson Way Subdivision, accepting the close out documents in compliance with the Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in Northampton. In accepting the completion of the Subdivision, the Board voted to release the tri-party agreement held as performance guarantee for completion of the subdivision. This agreement, to be released was entered into between EMERSON WAY, LLC (f/k/n Oak Ridge Road, LLC) (the "Applicant"), GREENFIELD SAVINGS BANK (the "Lender" or "GSB) and THE CITY OF 14 14 NORTHAMPTON, acting by and through its Planning Board (the City" or the Board") This agreement for the construction of the subdivision: Applicant: Emerson Way, LLC Address of Applicant: 150 Main St, Northampton, MA 01060 Name of Subdivision: Emerson Way (f/k/n The Oaks) Designed by: The Berkshire Design Group, Inc. 4 Allen Street, Northampton, MA 01060 Definitive Plan endorsed by the Planning Board on September 29, 2005, and recorded with the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds at Plan Book 209, Page 91.
