Birge, four hundred twenty and no one-hundredths (420.00) feet; by land of Jessie G. O'Connor three hundred and seventeen one-hundredths (300.17) feet; by land of Jessie G. O'Connor four hundred twenty and no one-hundredths (420.00) feet. Being more particularly described as Lot A as shown on Subdivision Plan Number 207698 as recorded in Land Court Book 3 at Page 214 1/2, dated February 4, 1949 and registered February 27, 1950. Being part of the land described in certificate of registration of title in Land Court, recorded in Hampshire Registry District in Book 3 at Page 183, Certificate Number 260. And it is further certified that said land is under the operation and provisions of Chapter 185 of the General Laws and any amendments thereto, and that the tttle of said CITY OF NORTHAMPTON to said land is registered under said Chapter subject, however, to any of the encumbrances mentioned in Section forty-six of said Chapter, and any amendments thereto, which may be subsisting, and subject also as aforesaid. Any term in any instrument or document affecting anyone's right, title or interest in the lands affected by this Certificate of Title that purports to forbid or restrict the conveyance, encumbrance, occupancy, or lease of such lands to individuals of a specified race, color, religion, national origin or sex is void. Any condition, restriction or prohibition, including a right of entry or a possibility of reverter, contained in any instrument or document affecting anyone's right, title or interest In such lands that directly or indirectly limtts the use for occupancy of real property on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or sex is void, excepting a limitation on the basis of religion on the use of real property held by a religious or denominational institution or organization or by an organization operated for charitable or educational purposes which is operated, supervised or controlled by or in connection with a religious organization.
