Thank you very much. This arrangement is fine with us. We will forward a copy of the invoices directly to Tom later this week Tom if you want to paper the arrangement temporary or long term we can draft some very short agreement Up to you ? Thank you everybody for your help Best R Sent from my iPhone On Oct 27, 2016, at 4:20 PM, Wayne Feiden <wfeiden@northamptonma.gov> wrote: No problem. I think we agreed: First, both New South Street Apartments and the Roundhouse will jointly use the current New South Street dumpster and dumpster location between now and June, when the Pulaski Park expansion is complete and the city figures out the ultimate parking lot realignment, at which point we will identify a permanent shared dumpster location. Second, with the ultimate permanent location, we would like to make sure that there is an opportunity for both trash and recycling, possibly with a compactor to reduce the footprint and number of pickups. At that point the users may also want to figure out some kind of locking system to reduce public dumping. Finally, Home City Housing will hold the contract with the dumpster company and the Round House will pay for your pro shed share of the dumpster, based on your usage over the past year. Please share those figures with Home City Housing. Please let me know if: 1. This all works for you. 2. If you can reach final agreement and full implementation with Home City Housing by Thanksgiving. We want to make sure that your dumpster is out of there before winter so we can cleanup the parking and minimize snow plowing conflicts. As you know, although neither Home City Housing nor the Round House has any rights to a dumpster on city land, we want to work with both of you and accommodate your needs, assuming you can make the consolidation work. I look forward to hearing back from you and for you and Home City Housing to make the final business agreement for the operation of your "dumpster club."
