Dear CPC:
I write to encourage you not to break precedent and provide public funds to O'Connell Development. I recall Coolidge
Condominium Association making a similar ask in the past, and being correctly turned down.

Moreover, in over a decade, no person or entity has been able to figure out a viable financial plan to renovate St. Cantius.
It would be a travesty to throw taxpayer money into this known void.
