2006.10.15 Letter to Hathaway Farms Sally Fox, Leasing Manager November 15, 2006 Hathaway Farms 73 Barrett Street #2000 Northampton, MA 01060 RE: Resident #’s 6202 and 1004 Dear Sally; This is in reference to your communication of November 2, 2006 relative to income eligibility for the Affordable Housing Trust Fund. You brought to my attention two current Trust household families, whose situations have changed, taking them out of the income eligibility thresholds for Trust fund usage. Here are my recommendations: Household # 6202 The Trust may be used to provide the additional subsidy needed to cover the rent required for this family. The willingness of Hathaway Farms to permit this household to remain, is appreciated. It is understood that there is no obligation to do so, in view of the fact that the lowest income level as stipulated in the Agreement remains filled. Household # 1004 The Trust agrees to allow this family to remain as a Trust beneficiary for the month of December. It is understood that the household income has exceeded the current maximum amount, however, when the eligibility income thresholds are adjusted upward in January 2007, the household income will again be in the appropriate range. Please proceed accordingly and I will have these decisions ratified at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Trustees. Thank you. Respectfully, Margaret Keller Housing and Community Development Planner Cc/ Jon Hite, Northampton Housing Authority
