Dear Mr. Hite;
After conversations with yourself and Gerard Hughes, it has been determined that the Trust will accept the household listed above and provide a 4 bedroom subsidy for the month of April.
Mr. Hughes has agreed to relocate the member household to the appropriate one bedroom unit as soon as one becomes available.
The agreement to provide a tenant subsidy from the Trust at the four bedroom rate will be revisited each month. If it does not look like a one bedroom will be coming available in the
next 2-3 months, this decision will be revisited.
