You are receiving this notification because you have been identified as the owner of land abutting another parcel of land for which certain activities are proposed. Those activities require a permit under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, § 40). In accordance with the second paragraph of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, and 310 CMR 10.05(4)(a) of the Wetlands Regulations, you are hereby notified that: A. An Order of Conditions Amendment was filed with the Northampton Conservation Commission on May 10, 2022 seeking permission to remove, fill, dredge, or alter an area subject to protection under M.G.L. c. 131 §40 and the Northampton Wetlands Protection Ordinance (Chapter 337). The work proposed is: B. The name of the applicant is: Jerome and Susan Camposeo. C. The address of the land where the activity is proposed is: Coles Meadow Road Assessor's Parcel # 08-070-001. D. Copies of the application to amend the Order of Conditions may be examined at the Office of Planning and Sustainability, 210 Main Street, Room 11, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday, and online at www.northamptonma.gov/pending, permit files are sorted by Map and Lot. E. Copies of the amend the Order of Conditions may be obtained from the applicant or (their representative, Environmental Planning Associates by calling Peter LaBarbera, at 413-665-7903). An administrative fee may be applied for providing copies of the NOI and plans. F. Information regarding the date, time, and place of the public hearing may be obtained from the Office of Planning and Sustainability by calling the Conservation Agent at (413) 587- 1263.
