Ms. Misch: I am the owner of 83 Crescent Street, the building which is directly across the street for the proposed additional so-called cottage style building. I request the following be considered at this evening's Hearing.
1. The proposed new structure's design and appearance are inconsistent with the majority of the buildings in the neighborhood.
