Order of Business:
Executive Session under MGL C 30A §21(6) to 'Consider the Purchase, Exchange, Lease or Value of Real Property' for interests in conservation lands.
By roll call vote the Commission voted all in favor to enter into Executive Session at 7:20 p.m.
Sarah discussed two parcels of property on the north side of Westhampton Road (Rt 66) owned by Walker. Adjacent to the Fierst property, which the Commission previously approved and
is moving forward, these parcels contain historic lead mines, and a driveway for access. They were intended to be single family home lots, they have been on the market for many years.
Price details are not known at this point.
Upon motion by Lisa and second by Jason the Commission voted all in favor by roll call vote to proceed with the acquisition. All in favor 5; opposed 0.
By roll call vote the Commission adjourned Executive Session at 7:25 p.m. and returned to Regular Session.
