By spring 2019, the system (using CMAQ and other funds) will be up to 55 stations with an estimated 110,000 miles of use per year, much of it diverted from vehicle miles traveled. We are requesting funds to expand the system to add 22 stations and four new communities, increasing projected miles riden to 150,000 miles per year. The project will use the existing specifications from the 2017 bid process, in essence a book job, allowing the project to go to bid as soon as a contract for additional funding is signed.
