Good Afternoon Sarah,
I am writing to express my support for the renovation project that Historic Northampton is trying to
complete. As the treasurer of the Northampton Community Arts Trust and 33 Hawley Street, I
consider myself a neighbor of this wonderful organization and we have supported each other in
regards to many fundraising campaigns. Historic Northampton is well run and plays a vital role in
our small city. It sort of defines “Community Preservation” based on their mission and the many
programs that they administer. Helping them complete this project is an extremely appropriate use
of our CPA funds and I strongly encourage the committee them to assist in this this effort.
