Hello Sarah,
My name is Dawn Orluske and I am a pastor at Cathedral in the Night, Northampton. Our outdoor ministry serves the
people in our community who are currently unhoused, experiencing poverty, have been hurt by religion and/or seeking a
place of community where they can feel seen and heard, and cherished. As we say each week when we give
communion- all are welcome and all are worthy-each and every one of us is a beloved child of God.
I want to extend my grateful support to Jessica Bossie's 5 Franklin Street Project. I know many of the projected tenants
personally and feel they will be good tenants and can thrive in this supported home. For some of them, it may be the last
home they will ever know. In this place they will have dignity, care and stay embedded in the greater community that has
cared for them, sometimes for years.
I have seen Dr. Bossie's commitment and love for these beloved members of our community. We at Cathedral
wholeheartedly endorse this project, and will gladly be supporters in any way we can in the future.
