As planned, all units will serve households from < 30% AMI through 100% AMI, and all will be CPA eligible Community Housing. The redevelopment (acquisition and gut renovation of the existing 72,000 sf building) will be completed by Prospect Place Owner LLC, a joint venture between Valley (a non-profit corporation) and 737 Northampton LLC (a private developer). Within this joint venture, Valley will hold majority ownership and be the managing member (decision maker) for the joint venture.
