O’Connell Hawley LLC seeks Community Preservation Act funding for the repair and
rehabilitation of the damaged exterior and overall building structure (including, but not
limited to, the roof, masonry walls, and windows) to support the redevelopment of the
former St. John Cantius Church into a for-rent multifamily property. The redevelopment
will conform to the applicable standards set forth by the Secretary of the Interior.
