In its approval, the Committee permitted the applicant to change the facade skin on the ‘tail’ portion of the building to its choice of non-masonry materials. CONDITIONS Prior to Issuance of a Building Permit The Committee shall review and approve the final façade details of the head building to confirm they have been more clearly delineated to meet Guideline 6, related to building articulation through the proposed bay projections.
