Request for Certificate of Compliance, 50 Loudville Road, DEP File 246-651
The Commission issued an Order in 2011 for construction of a 300 square foot deck within riverfront
area to the Mill River, as well as removal of sheds, and creation of a front entryway and walkway.
The full front door portion of the work was not completed.
In addition to standard conditions, the Order required establishment of a 1,000 square foot no-mow zone along the southern portion of the property, extending from Drury Lane to the Manhan River,
and proof of recording of such plan. Staff visited the site and verified that all portions of the work
that were completed were done in accordance with plans, and that the no disturb area has not been
mown or altered. The plan is included with the request for certificate of compliance, but the Registry
did not allow this to be recorded as a separate document. Staff recommends issuance of a complete
certificate of compliance, and including the plan as an attachment to that document.
