Hi Alex,
Thanks for sharing this. I probably won't be able to make the meeting, but I'm fully supportive of this kind of density and I hope it
passes with flying colors. I admit that I am a bit surprised that a project like this goes through full public notice and board approval in an
open meeting when the conversion of an affordable house on a double lot into three or four luxury houses is evidently not subject to
approval.
