Unfortunately, I cannot aend tonight's meeng, and so am wring to pass on comments I would have liked to share at the meeng. Please be so kind as to pass this on to the meeng's decision makers. While I understand the need for housing in our area, this is not the place for it. Adding sprawl to an area so close to the Mill River is a bad idea for various reasons, including: SAFETY - inadequate access for emergency personnel in, and access for people leaving in case of fire/flood. ENVIRONMENT - run off (which can be only somewhat curtailed) during construcon, and during the subsequent use of the homes will dirty the Mill River. PAPER STREET - drawn OVER 100 YEARS AGO is no longer relevant in our day. Occupants of the proposed homes will not be accessing them via walking and horse. I urge the Board to reject the appeal, and sustain the previously made decision that "a lot is not a building lot [at the] end of Grove Ave., Leeds, Map Id 5-12". Respectfully, Tanya Dragan Beaver Brook Loop, Leeds Carolyn Misch <cmisch@northamptonma.gov>Thu, Jun 10, 2021 at 12:36 PM To: tanya dragan <tanyadragan@hotmail.com> I will pass your comments on to the Board.
