Hi, Joe, I hope you're doing well.
I just wanted to take a moment to send you a quick note about the St. John church. I know that an application for a tear-down is before the CBA committee tonight. It is a beautiful
historic building. And I understand that it has suffered years of neglect and an uncertain future with our economy. At the same time, I am concerned that allowing the teardown to go
forward (until all potential other uses are exhausted and, perhaps, we have let the economy recover a bit to see what new opportunities arise) could make a huge impact where it stands
but also leave an open door for a similar fate of the St. Mary's church on Elm St..
I understand that you have a lot of considerations with this decision, and I wish you well.
