ESCROW AGREEMENT
Dear Wayne:
I hereby acknowledge receipt of the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($200,000.00) DOLLARS to be held in Cooley Shrair’s Iolta Account pending consummation of the purchase of
30 Straw Avenue, Florence, Massachusetts. The money will be held on the following conditions:
money will be used solely for the acquisition of Straw Avenue;
upon the acquisition of Straw Avenue, Friends of Hampshire County Homeless Individuals, Inc. and ServiceNet, Inc. will enter into the Affordable Housing Restriction to be placed on the
property;
if the consummation of the purchase is not completed by June 13, 2008 the full sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($200,000.00) DOLLARS will returned to the City of Northampton.
