Thank you for returning the executed contract, PDMC1809NORTHAMPTON0, for the project listed above. The performance period
shall start on the latest date that this contract has been executed by an authorized signatory of the Contractor, or the Department; that
date is December 30, 2019. All work must be completed by the contract end date of June 30, 2021, to be eligible for FEMA
reimbursement. Enclosed is a copy of the contrac t for your files.
The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) are very
interested in completing this project as expeditiously as possible. We look forward to working with you on this important mit igation
