The Historical Commission voted 4-1 on March 30, 2020 to institute an 18-month delay
on building permits on the parcel pursuant to Section 161-8 of the Demolition
Ordinance, following demolition of a regulated structure without a building permit. Such
delay period shall begin on the date the permit was received in the Building Department.
If demolition of the principal structure, which is subject to Demolition Review, is
proposed, an application may be filed during the delay period.
