affordable housing goal (109 units) will be met once Christopher Heights is developed, but it is not currently met. The formula of how to calculate which units count, however, is not
clear, although my own interpretation is that we should use the count in the left column. If Christopher Heights is developed that issue is moot since the affordable housing goal will
be met. There was a separate goal of units being available to people who are eligible to be clients of DMH. My office doesn’t track that so I don’t know its status.
