Definitive Subdivision Phase II July 2007 Creation of New Roads: Moser Musante Ford Crossing Olander Construction begun on parts of Olander & Moser (east of Village Hill) No preconstruction meeting Stormwater Permit Issued 7/19/2007 w/ Conditions: O&M Agreement for the entire drainage system must be completed prior issuance of any Building Permits. Final NOI & SWPPP prior to start of construction. A Portion of Olander and Moser constructed. No notification of start of construction or Erosion Control Inspection. No final NOI & SWPPP. Inspected site 11/15/2007 during rain: no problems noticed although no construction entrance tracking pads installed. Impervious Surface Buildout numbers must be submitted w/ Site Plans. Existing Detention Basin Forebay design and construction prior to issuance of Building Permit. Stormwater Permit Issued 1/13/2005 w/ Conditions: Within 30 days revised plans, calcs, and other supporting documents that include all recent changes and the following specific information: Revised and accurate invert schedule—Revised Plans submitted in April of 2005 Detailed analysis of discharge from proposed drainage structures to safely convey flow to Grove St. drain system—No response to date. During site plan approval, must submit to the DPW documentation of impervious footprint and any changes to proposed stormwater system. If impervious footprint increases or changes are substantive then new Stormwater Permit is required—VCA proposal allowed per Amendment to Permit, Tighe & Bond working on revised drainage calcs. This needs to be complete and tracking system set up to efficiently approve and track future site proposals. Applicant required to notify the DPW that appropriate measures taken to remove and/or plug all existing drainage during demo and site development—no notification to date. O&M Agreement—must be completed and implemented ASAP.
