We can’t do that, of course, until we purchase the sliver of land we need since that could make the land we are buying more expensive, which wouldn’t be fair to us. You have all expressed an interest to purchase an easement from us for a shared driveway from the Roundhouse parking lot to your property. We need three things to entertain that request: 1. The driveway cannot displace more than two parking spaces on our property.  2. You pay for the appraisal and the easement survey, using the same appraiser and surveyor collectively.  3. You pay the appraised value of the easement we sell you.  We need to move forward on our purchase of land within the next couple of months. If you are ready to move forward on a purchase of the easement, we can do that simultaneously. If you are not ready, we can explore that easement at some later phase or when you are ready to develop your property.  I look forward to working with you on this. Please let me know within a couple of weeks if you accept our offer or have any questions. Sincerely, Wayne Feiden, FAICP Director of Planning and Sustainability
