Attached, for your records, is a copy of the final recorded Boundary Line Agreement and Easement between the City and the First Churches. We have all agreed that:
The lawn in front of the granite wall is the City’s
That the City has the responsibility to maintain the City’s art kiosk
That the Church has the responsibility to maintain the rest of the property
That the property is a park and the public has the right to use the entire park, both the portion maintained by the City and the portion maintained by the First Church.
