We conducted vendor outreach, reviewed possible vendors, negotiated a final contract, signed our contract, had our first steering
committee meeting, and planned out the time schedule for the entire project.
Northampton’s current Hazard Mitigation Plan expires in August, 2020, so we are have adjusted our schedule to at least have a
draft plan ready for MEMA/FEMA review by the time our plan expires.
