I, Richard Watling, appitcant for Zoning Board of Appeals Special Permit for 129
Riverbank Road. Northampton hereby request an extension of all time periods by which
the City of Norfharnpbn Zoning Board of Appeals must hold a public hearing, and issue
a decision in accordance with MGL Chapt 40A §9. I agree to extend this time period for
60 days from September 14, 2020 to November 13, 2020 to begin the public hearing
process and extend by 60 days the subsequent time periods for issuing a decision.
