grants to MEETINGHOUSE REALTY INVESTMENTS # 600, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company with a principal place of business at 7 Wingate Lane, Acton, MA 01720
with QUITCLAIM COVENANTS,
A parcel of land situated on the westerly side of Easthampton Road, in Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, and more particularly, and more particularly described as follows:
A 5.25 acre parcel of land shown as “Rocky Hill Limited Development” on a plan of land prepared by David R. Enberg, The Berkshire Design Group, Inc., dated September 26, 2017, and recorded
in the Hampshire Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 240, Pages 70-71, on Sheet 2 of 2.
Being the same premises described in the deed of Wilson Realty, LLC, a New York limited liability company, to the City of Northampton dated January 12, 2018, and recorded in the Hampshire
County Registry of Deeds in Book 12857, Page 9.
For Grantor's authority to convey, see Order of City Council attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
