current and future pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure;WHEREAS,The City has since accepted title for such infrastructure at:301 King Street, the current Cosenzi Automotive (Land at
Book 11577, Page 205, 1/31/2014)325 King Street, the current Northampton Crossing (Easement at Book 11577, Page 208, 1/31/2014)WHEREAS,A Street Acceptance Petition for the above parcels
of land has been filed with the City and submitted to City Council.Ordered, that
The above referenced easements and land are accepted as part of the King Street right-of-way.
