Re: 29” Black Locust Tree Assessment, 36 Hampden Street, Northampton
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is in reference to the 29” Black Locust tree identified on the site plan for 36 Hampden
Street. I have examined the tree and recommend that it be removed, as it has the potential to fall
in the near future due to the progressive rot and a significant lean on a steep hill. It is common
for this species to uproot or split where the decay is.
