I, Danielle McKahn, representing Pioneer Development LLC, as applicant for Site Plan
Approval at 36 Hampden Street, Northampton hereby grant an extension of all time
periods by which the City of Northampton Planning Board must hold a public hearing,
and issue a decision in accordance with MGL Chapt 40A §9. I agree to extend this time
period for 63 days from April 23, 2020 to June 25, 2020 begin the public hearing process
and extend by 66 days the subsequent time periods for issuing a decision.
