The attention of bidders submitting bids for the above subject project is called to the following addendum to the
specifications and drawings. The items set forth herein, whether of omission, addition, substitution, or clarifications are
all to be included in and form a part of the bid submitted.
THE NUMBER OF THIS ADDENDUM ( 1 ) MUST BE ENTERED IN THE APPROPRIATE SPACE PROVIDED ON
THE “FORM FOR GENERAL BID,”
Clarification on all bidding documents
Bids still due 2:00 PM on Wednesday April 1, 2010.
Bids will be due at Planning & Sustainability at 210 Main Street, Northampton, MA 01060.
IF City Hall is open, bids can be delivered by that deadline.
IF City Hall is not open because of COVID-19, bids can either be:
1. Mailed so long as they reach the city at least 48 hours BEFORE the bid opening OR
2. Bids can be hand delivered to a drop off box in front of City Hall that will be available from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM.
Bids will be opened live a few minutes after 2:00 PM. If City Hall is closed, bid opening will be available on-line on Zoom:
