I, Danielle McKahn,representing Pioneer DevelopmentLLC,as applicant forSite Plan
Approval at 36 Hampden Street, Northampton hereby grant an extension of all time
periods by which the City of Northampton Planning Board must hold a public hearing,
and issue a decision in accordance with MGL Chapt 40A §9. I agree to extend this time
period for 66days from February 17to April 23, 2020to begin the public hearing
process and extend by 66days the subsequent time periods for issuing a decision.
