FINDINGS: The Zoning Board of Appeals granted the Finding for the changes to the non-conforming buffer between commercial and residential zones based upon the plans and information submitted in the application. The Findings of the Board under Section 9.3 for the change were as follows: 1. The Board found that no buffer currently exists and the wall of the building acts as a buffer. The demolition of the building and replacement of a small planted strip with 6' fence would come closer to meeting the required buffer and the change would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the previous buffer. 2. The change would not create any new violation of other zoning provisions; and does not involve a sign.
