and the Northampton Wetlands Ordinance
In accordance with the second paragraph of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40,
you are hereby notified of the following:
The name of the applicants are: Susan and Jerome Camposeo
The applicant has filed a Notice of Intent with the Northampton Conservation Commission seeking
permission to remove, fill, dredge or alter an Area Subject to protection Under the Wetlands Protection
Act (General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Northampton Wetlands Protection Ordinance
(Chapter 337). The work proposed is: Construct residential driveway.
The address of the lot where the activity is proposed is Coles Meadow Road.
The Map and Lot is: 08-070-001.

Street, Room 11, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday, and online at
