Ferry expressed confusion as to the process for obtaining a delineation. Bennett explained that his role as staff person was not to delineate the wetland but to review delineations performed by someone else. Maronn explained the typical process for approving a delineation. Reed asked Ferry what led him to suspect [the presence of) wetlands? Ferry said there were wet areas and pussy willows, etc. Members advised Ferry to hire a wetlands specialist to flag the property and then to contact Bennett to ask him to confirm the wetland line.
