[2] The Commission may require the applicant to submit the Stormwater Redevelopment Checklist, per Volume 2,
Chapter 3 of the Stormwater Handbook.
[3] Bioengineering techniques should be considered in lieu of rip-rap.
[4] Please provide additional information to the Commission regarding the use of stone in the stream, to be used as
a proposed water control device, as shown on Sheet 50.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
This project proposes a discharge of dredged or fill material into “Waters of the United States” potentially subject to
the federal Clean Water Act. Per the Massachusetts General Permit (MAGP) issued under the federal Clean Water
Act, you may be required to notify the US Army Corps of Engineers, New England District of this project proposal.
