Code of Massachusetts Regulation, the licensee above -named may breach a section of the beaver dam of the following dimensions
and may maintain that breach for the length of the permit:

requirements. Further this permit does not exempt the pemittee from compliance with other provisions of 310 CMR 10.00
(Wetlands Protection Act Regulations). Notification of Local Conservation Commission: is required
This permit or a copy thereof shall be carried on the person of any individual exercising the authority thereof and shall be shown
upon request if challenged by an agent of the Director or to any officer empowered to enforce the provisions of Chapter 131,
M. G. L..
This permit is validfrom June 15, 1998 to September 15, 1998 , unless sooner revoked or amended.
