The Saw Mill Hills Survey has begun the survey of the Saw Mill Hills Conservation Area and infill parcels
In 2015, we signed a contract with Northeast Survey for the entire project, they began their deed research and they complete surveying the Reutener section of Saw Mill Hills.
In 2016, the survey completed the deed research and began the field work (although they did not send us any invoices).
In 2017, the surveyor completed the draft survey and marking most of the property boundaries.
Current Status
The survey and property boundary marking is 99% complete and we expect will all be complete by early summer 2018. At that point we will pay the surveyor the final $8,244.26 of the contract.
It is my understanding that we do not need to renew the MOA since the work is virtually complete and the surveyor has already earned his fees, but if we need a renewal of the MOA, please
let me know (the MOA expired September 24, 2017).
