Stencilling will be applied to existing paint colors. The walls were preped for stencils in our previous renovation. The walls are very low and safety is an issue. We want to use the boxes as seating areas, as originally used. The opera box floors are plywood. Carpet was previously removed for structural repairs under the floors. The ceiling is flat white color from the 1970's and is chipping/failing. Exisitng flood lights are low grade, incandescent, large white cylinders from the 1970's. The chandelier is not original (1980's) and is not related to the historic character of the building. This is the accessible sized bathroom for the theater
