The Academy plans to implement its next phase of restorations, which will complete the auditorium restorations with house and architectural lighting, and finish the opera boxes to allow
for the return of patron seating. The interior lobby will be restored to complement the auditorium by repairing and painting the walls and ceiling in the lobby and salon; provide LED
lighting, preserve the wheelchair accessible bathroom; and lastly, draft BID documents to enlarge and enhance the public bathrooms to accommodate patrons.
