The Order of Conditions was recorded at the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds in Book 10623 Page 50 on August 10, 2011 (attached). The Certificate of Compliance should be granted to Massachusetts Electric Company and the original mailed to myself at Coneco Engineers & Scientists, Incorporated, 4 First Street, Bridgewater, MA, 02324. I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, the work associated with the proposed utility pole relocation project, consisting of the replacement and relocation of two distribution poles, Poles 41 and 42, and the replacement of Pole 39 and the top of Pole 43 was performed, within acceptable construction tolerances, in substantial compliance with the approved Notice of Intent, plans and Order of Conditions.
