The purpose of this form is to make sure that all project applications applying for Community
Preservation Act funding are eligible for funding. Please refer to Appendix-E in the

Project Summary: Please provide a brief description of the project.
We plan to build four single family homes and sell the homes to first-time homebuyers
who earns less than 60% of the Area Median Income. A regulatory agreement has been
signed by Habitat and the city of Northampton agreeing to permanently protect the
affordability of these homeownership units. Habitat was selected through an RFP by the
city of Northampton to be the developer for four homes off of Glendale Rd.
We are currently pursuing additional grants to make three of these units zero net energy
possible modular homes.
