SawMillHillsSurvey(CPA#73)2016AnnualReport NorthamptonConservationCommission TheSawMillHillsSurveyhasbegunthesurveyoftheSawMillHillsConservationAreaandinfillparcels In2015,wesignedacontractwithNortheastSurveyfortheentireproject,theybegantheirdeed researchandtheycompletesurveyingtheReutenersectionofSawMillHills. In2016,thesurveycompletedthedeedresearchandbeganthefieldwork(althoughtheydidnotsend usanyinvoices). CurrentStatus The$37,054oftheoriginal$40,000grantremain.Thesefundsareallencumberedtocoverthefull survey. WeareontargetandonbudgettocompletethesurveybytheexpirationoftheMOA(September24, 2017).WewillcompletetheCPAfundedsectionoftheprojectbeforetheMOAexpiration.Weexpect theprojectcompletion,includingtheportionusingourmatchingfunds,bytheendof2017.
