Dear Members of the Northampton Conservation Commission,
On April 11th 1995 your Commission granted us an order of conditions to construct a single
family home including a pool at 441 Kennedy Road, Leeds Mass, according to plans prepared for us by
The Berkshire Design Group, Inc. Since that time the house has been completed and we are currently
occupying it.
I am writing to request a three year extension of our order of conditions as we have not installed
the pool. The reason for my request is simple. My wife and I have young twins, it was our hope that they
would be swimmers by now. However as that is currently not the case, we would like to put off
installation of the pool for safety issues.
