A new eighty-three (83) unit, three story assisted living community in which 52% of the units will be “affordable”, i.e. occupied by residents who earn less than sixty percent (60%)
of the area median income as determined annually by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”).

This $13,900,000 project will have an $9,200,000 construction budget built over the course of 12 months.
