• A twelve inch city drainage line runs along the south property line. i e for this drainage
Northampton owns a 10 foot easement along the south property
pipe. The proposed detached garage would be built approximately 12 feet from the
property line. The applicant shall not disturb any land within this 10 foot easement. In
addition, the applicant shall keep all heavy equipment off this easement due to the age
of the pipe.
